Friday Find: Eater’s Dining on a Dime Visits Snow’s BBQ

They also claim that Snow’s “may be the best barbecue in America”. This video was part of Eater’s Barbecue Week.

On this special Barbecue Week episode of Dining on a Dime: Austin, host Lucas Peterson visits Snow’s BBQ, a brisket-making gem in Lexington that was shot to barbecue stardom in 2008 after being named “the best barbecue in Texas” by Texas Monthly. Watch as Peterson samples their notorious wares.
