UNC-TV’s NC Weekend visits the KCBS-sanctioned Eastern Carolina BBQ Throwndown in Rocky Mount, a “festival in Rocky Mount celebrates all things barbecue with music, craft beer and cooking competitions.” This year’s 9th annual event is happening October 7-8.
