Monk: The Adventures of A+K are a couple who are living the van life but make often make stops at barbecue along the way. You may previously remember them from a couple of stops in the Carolinas in recent years (linked below), and in this video they stop at Miller’s Smokehouse in Belton, TX to try barbecue and a smokey “campfire latte” on the way back to Texas after 10 months on the road.
